Operating a truck in NYC metro region gets more challenging every year! Join the Trucking Association of New York (TANY) at the season’s first Metro Region Town Hall on December 6 to drive the conversation and hear the Association’s plans for dealing with the concerns of local truck operators. Enforcement, parking, licensing and permits, oversize/overweight issues, tolls, Vision Zero and other issues are on the menu. The event will be held from 6-9 PM on December 6th at the Inn at New Hyde Park. The Town Hall is free to attend and dinner will be served.
Through monthly meetings and with the creation of a Government Affairs Sub-Committee to advocate for the industry on legislation and regulatory issues, TANY plans to make sure the truckers’ voices are heard throughout the region. And, of course, there’s strength in numbers. Your participation is vital.
