Ingredients:
- Rotisserie chicken
- Spinach
- Grated carrot
- Houmous
- Beef tomato slices
- Roasted red pepper
- Tortilla wraps
- Chop up your roasted red pepper into thin slices.
- In a wrap, spread a good amount of Houmous to add nuttiness to the wrap.
- Layer on your spinach, red pepper, chicken, grated carrot, and tomato.
- Add some more Houmous and wrap up.
- Slice into small rounds and store in a Tupperware for on the go.
Stay hydrated
